Prepared for heavy, awkward jobs

From one bulky pickup to a full debris haul

Heavy materials and irregular items take planning. Tell us what needs to go, where it is located, and whether access includes stairs, elevators, long carries or tight hallways. That lets us plan labor, transportation and disposal before arrival.

For construction debris, we may ask about material type, approximate volume and whether sharp objects are contained. Clear information helps protect everyone and keeps the pickup efficient.

Professional conduct from first message to final walkthrough

Before arrival

We confirm the service window, address, access notes and approved scope. Please identify fragile areas, special parking instructions or items that must stay.

During the job

We work carefully around doors, walls and flooring, and we communicate if the actual job differs from the photos or description.

Before we leave

We review the agreed work, collect loose debris related to the removal and make sure you are satisfied with the completed scope.

Items we cannot take

Hazardous chemicals, medical waste, explosives and certain regulated materials require specialized disposal. Ask before booking if you are unsure.

Frequently asked questions

Answers before you book

How is junk removal priced?

Pricing depends on volume, weight, labor, access, transportation and disposal costs. Photos and accurate access details help us give a more useful quote. If the actual load is substantially different, we discuss any adjustment before continuing.

Do I need to move items outside first?

No. We can remove items from inside when access is safe and included in the approved scope. Tell us about stairs, elevators, long hallways and tight doorways when requesting your quote.

Do you offer same-day service?

Same-day service may be available depending on crew, vehicle and disposal-site availability. Contact us early and include photos for the fastest answer.

What should I photograph for a quote?

Take one wide photo showing the full amount, plus closer photos of heavy or unusual items. Include hallways, stairs or access points when they may affect the work.

What items require special approval?

Paint, chemicals, fuels, batteries, medical waste, asbestos-containing material and other regulated items may need special handling or may not be accepted. Tell us about them before scheduling.

What happens if something changes?

Tell us as soon as possible. If you add items, change the access conditions or expand the scope, we will review the change and confirm any pricing adjustment before completing the additional work.
